I live near the Sumner Grade Fire that unfortunately made headlines. Our family experienced power outages and a wind storm right before we woke up to the Sumner Grade Fire. We were notified to prepare to evacuate at a moment’s notice, and began packing our items. We covered our home in prayer, but after a week of dealing with fire, smoke, and aiding in our community’s effort to provide for those who were forced to evacuate, I was hit with bad news one right after the other. I found myself near a state of panic. I remember watching Beth’s Grounding with 5 Senses Exercise, and began practicing this grounding exercise and I was able to return my body to a state of peace. I release the week’s worth of anxiety and stress through tears, while doing that exercise. I went back and rewatched most of the videos to help regain peace in the middle of panic. Thank you so much for creating this life changing program to help me cope with stressful life situations as they come up!
